1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Luxe Collective Extensions (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this site or place an order.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in USD and do not include taxes or shipping unless stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including fraud suspicion, inventory issues, or pricing errors.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect length selection, or color variation. Please review your order carefully before checkout. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement at our sole discretion.

4. Fraud & Chargebacks

We take fraud seriously. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel orders, ban accounts, and report incidents to the appropriate authorities.

Fraudulent chargebacks will not be tolerated. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered fraud and will result in permanent banning from our store, referral to collections, and potential legal action. We maintain detailed transaction and delivery records and will dispute invalid chargebacks with your financial institution.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship within 7–10 business days unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your package is with the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by the carrier. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

All content on this site — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of Luxe Collective Extensions and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Governing Law
